Question: Looking for book with black cover - with multiple stories compiled into a fairly thick storybook with paper cover

This is a book i've read from when i was young, it was a thick book with
multiple stories in it, i vaguely remember about 4-5 stories, with the
first story being a male who was in a love relationship with a girl when he
was young, but was knocked over by a car and almost died, which the doctor
made him lose all his memories in order to save him, his parents took him
overseas, leaving the girl behind, and a few years later the girl images
starts to show up before him and he goes on to find the guy that she is
finding and the story ended with him realising that he is the guy himself.
Another story i remembered in the book is that this guy looked up in the
sky and said that he'll trade his soul to the devil if he can be saved from
an ordeal and he won a million dollars lottery the next day, with the story
ending as the devil who was actually one of his new found friend, saying
that he has came to take his soul
