Question: Romantic tale of two very different sisters who inherit a chic London pad. 1990's or early 00's

I think their grandmother died and left them this apartment in a chic area
of London, but they had to live together! One of the sisters was a
socialite attending parties and shopping, and the other quiet and more
simple. I believe the quieter sister gets a job in a deli and falls in love
with food and the shop owner.
