Question: woman with mental problems ends up killing mother in law help me find this book

I must have read this about 10 to 12 years ago, Ok this book is about a
young woman who thinks she has mental problems meets a guy and has a baby,
her mother in law (Elisabeth) starts interfering making her feel depressed
again like she cant do anything right, as she is the perfect domestic
goddess. she ends up killing her and making it look like an accident
something to do with electrocuting her through the babys pram. help

It sounds a bit like 'The Little House' by Philippa Gregory - not sure
about the electrocution bit but the rest sounds possible! Worth checking
out.
