Question: teen romance from 2000s

written in the last year or so. female author. its about a girl who has a
boyfriend who's in college and who is the older bro of her best friend. her
parents go out of town and her little brother and his friend go to
antarctica to look for santa clause or a meteor or something. her brother's
friend's older brother used to date her and now they hate each other but
they team up to find their little brothers before parent's find out.
